Well, population is flat out listed on the page ([whoever] is a [descriptor], [size based descriptor] nation remarkable for its [descriptor]. It's [population descriptors] population of # million/billion...
The other two are RP only, although there is an ingame ranking for "Largest Military Per Capita," "Largest Arms Manufaturing Sector," and probably "Largest Military Spending"
