Nation titles
I've noticed that a lot of nations (well, some, anyway) have titles that aren't ones that can be chosen on the create-a-nation page, such as "the Dark Fortress of ..." and "the Keladom of ..." I'm not angry or anyhting, I just wanted to know how they've done it.

Furthermore there is a 28 character limit for player-created titles.

Yeah I wanted Peoples Glorious Revolutionary Republic for my first nation, but alas, it is a few letters too long.

I believe the GM's can have longer titles.
All mods can, as well as mod puppets in an official capacity (eg "The Most Glorious Modified Puppet of"). However, as the GMs have to change the titles of the FMs, so I suspect that the FMs do not get to change longer-than-28 charecter titles as often as the GMs can.
