I'm new to the game and I was wondering - do the telegrams I sent to other nations or the general message I sent to my region when I first came into the game get saved someplace? I'd like to see what I said - I can't exactly remember. Please help.

Sadly, they are not saved. The PM system has been disabled. But if SOME RANDOM TECH MODLING NAMED SAL reads this, would it be possible to add something that saves sent telegrams? :P
