would it be feasible if the dossier was also able to produce the statistics of what a nation can spend on their army, and be able to declare war on a nation through using the dossier?
any other ideas and comments would be appreciated

No changes are going to be made right now, of course, because of the server. But my thoughts-
Not everyone role plays on NS. Most are here for General forums and to chat with their friends. Their dossier being littered with information they'll never use or need just slows down the loading time for viewing it.
And not everyone agrees on a GDP calculator. Most don't like pippin because it factors in your CV into your economy.
But if you had the option of adding all that info, but didn't have to, and get a better GDP calculator, that might be interesting.
