i created this nation because i couldnt access my old one, could someone tell me how to bring back a nation once it no longer exists

just file a request through the getting help page (http://www.nationstates.net/cgi-bin/index.cgi/page=help) with your nations name
your nation will be revived, and waiting for you in the region called lazarus.
