Yeah I have to agree. I'm the most liberal in my region, but it's kind of pointless having it again and again and so close together.

IMHO closely packed repetitiveness almost to chronic level. I'm on the bottom in my small region. If I was on the top maybe I would let it slip  Random number generator not working?

Random number generator not working?

Actually, a proper random number generator will repeat on occasion by chance. What I see above is that people are arguing that a decision on which UN report is made should not be entirely random, but have some sort of non-repetition limitation. Like: the last 5 UN report topics are being kept track of, and if the random number generator comes up with any of those, a new number is chosen until it's not on the list.

(techy note: it's a pseudo-random number generator, but ok...)

I don't know. That's probably a good plan, but let's just say, I'm not at all sick of it ;)

I want the political freedom where it comes in first for a change.

You're right, of course. I thought it worked like a 'shuffle' thing on a CD player. Kinda like a 'progressive' random number generator (or a simple permutation on the ranking set) where the selected number is eliminated from the list for the next selection. That way we would get the same ranking no more than 2 times in a row and this would only happen if it was at the end and then at the beginning of the list. And if there are many choices even that would be unlikely.
btw how many different rankings are there?
