Improvement Suggestion: UN Proposal Search Box On Front Page

I would like to suggest that the search box for UN proposals be placed on the first page of the UN section, under the "List Proposals" and "Submit a Proposal" links, for easier access.

As far as I know, they aren't making any changes for a little while. I could be wrong though.
I agree that it might be easier to have the search link on the UN main page.
