About what times do new issues come out?
It would be best if you asked this in the Issues or Technical forums. I think now they just update the issues at random times... I could be wrong. :?
This varies on how busy the mods are. If you just submitted one, don't get your hopes up.
If I'm accepted as an issue moderator, it'll be my main priority besides forum modding. I want to get as many done as possible. :)

Given that this is a two-day-old nation, I think he's asking what time the update runs. He wants to know when new issues will show up in his bin.

Uh... two ways to interpret that question:
1- At what time of day do nations receive their issues?
Answer: depends on the region you're in. The first issue you'll receive somewhere between 9:00-12:00 GMT. A second issue, if applicable, arrives somewhere around 23:00-2:00 GMT. The latter time tends to vary more.
2- When will we be getting new issues added to the existing pool of issues?
Answer: Whenever the mods who edit issues have the time for it. Patience, please.
