Before I killed my nation off, I was the Regional Delegate from the now defunct AoPE region. I just joined the UN and find that (dead) nations from that region have endorsed me. Not only that but I can both endorse and telegram myself. It's a bit odd isn't it?

Interestingly enough, something like that happened to me once.

My UN nation died with a few endorsements on it. When I revived it, and put it in the UN, it had the endorsements still on it, even though the nations were long dead! They went away next UN update.

I believe this bug is known about.

If it doesn't go away soon, then I would press further to see what is up. Being able to endorse yourself sounds wicked though! :twisted:

Well it wouldn't have any effect on geting a delegate rank or anything, because next update the endorsements dissapear.
