Why would try to get 2 memberships in the UN?
As it is theres enough confusion.

You're not allowed more then one nation in the UN. Doing so will result in the loss of your nations.

Yeah, don't multi. But, to answer why; People Multi to endorse eachother or region crash. Thus giving them more power, or more say in the running of regions.
