I have two nations both around 1.5 Billion in population but ever since say two weeks ago the UN Category, Civil Rights, Economy and Political Freedoms have not changed a bit i have done alot of issues to change and the thing wont even budge
my nations names are CommieBoi and Sovietia

It is possible that your decisions within those issues have coincided with the pre-existing settings for economy, civil rights, and political freedoms. Another explanation is that it is a bug. I personally have seen a similar bug with this nation. I have voted to have taxes lowered thrice and yet my taxes remain at 100%.

Well I always vote to help the economy but sometimes mine goes down. It's all pretty messed up.
I've had the same categories for the past 4 months until yesterday my civil rights went down. It's not a bug, just the issues. Many times you get an unexpected outcome.
