i drafted an issue to be used on nationstates but as i was so long in composing it, when i submitted it i was asked to log in again. i was given no indication as to wether my proposed issue had been submitted successfully. would i have to submit it again or has it gone through ok? the issue was proposed by the kingdom of mullamore if thats any help

I doubt it was even sent through since it appears that you timed out. I would type up the issue in Word or whatever word processor you use and then just copy and paste when you go to submit it. This should prevent your login from timing out.

As Desudoragon you were timed out so i would say your issue submition would not of been sent its best to either type it in word or notepad or any writing program or secondly you can do what i do before i submit something or send it i copy what i have written and just incase i have timed out i only need to copy what i wrote and saving much time in the process

No, you aren't. You probably just didn't think that the server would time out on you while you were typing up the issue. Don't talk bad about yourself.
