I believe that it would be a good idea for a nation (once it reaches a certain popuation) should be able to hide its location in the dossiar. This way stalkers would not be able to follow nations. This would not make it impossible to find a nation. For you would still be able search for a nation, and also when you exit a region it would still show were you go.
