I just started playing this game only a couple of days ago and this might seem like a stupid question but how do you become a UN Delagate or all we all Delagates?

Basically, after joining the UN on the UN page, you can then give and out and recieve Endorsements. (You can give these by going to a country in your region and clicking "Add Endorsements" at the bottom). The country with the most endorsements in a region becomes Delegate, and can control their region (mostly).
Yea what she said......but please dont get uptight like some other people on here. they take everything so seriously even though its just a game. And the have a go at you if you dont spell stuff properly. Who actually cares anyway?
