in reference to your topic title, no it isnt, if of course you mean a nation who was mod bomned, I surly dont want to see anymore Who Gives A Damns, Marrathons, Big China's or Text Peoples,
if you mean nations who have ceased to exist due to inactivity, well, I personally think a cool idea would be a region alled The Masoleum, where the nations who cease to exist go and can be displayed, however it should only be for nations who are granted the honor by popular vote or concensus.
any ideas for the Masoleum?
