got a couple of questions, any help is appreciated ;)
i play nationstates for some days now and do that issue stuff, but is there more in this game?
just did see a thread where someone sells tanks
but i don´t even know whether i have money anywhere or whether you really may build up armies etc
maybe i just miss some link for that stuff because i haven´t found it yet or is it just roleplay?
in case money, military etc are game features, how to reach them?

Yes, a lot of people do stuff called "Role Playing". It's all make pretend and involves war, politics, and buying/selling stuff. Go to the "NationStates" forum and read the stickies (The one with the http://www.nationstates.net/forum/templates/subSilver/images/folder_sticky.gif icon next to them).
To figure out your GDP, go here (http://www.pipian.com/stuffforchat/gdpcalc.php). I already did it for you here (http://www.pipian.com/stuffforchat/gdpcalc.php?nation=Husch). ;)
RPing (Role Playing) can be a lot of fun, I hope you enjoy yourself with it.

The tanks are Roleplay. Check out the stickied topics in the Nationstates and International Incidents forums.
There's also non-RP war, check out the stickies in the Gameplay forum for that.

The Basenji mentioned role playing in wars and stuff, one word of advice on that is do not godmode. It is very unappreciated.
Godmoding is when you say you have incredibly large amounts of money or arms without having proof of that or mathematical possibilit.
e.g. Your population is 100 million, and you attack with a billion troops. An impossible action.
