I've got huge amounts of disposable income, and I'd like to buy lots of weapons and vastly increase my Police strength so that I can oppress my people much more efficiently. Can anyone tell me the actual process for transferring cash to someone else?

I know that to buy weapons I go and advertise that I want them, but how do I actually spend the cash???

You say 'Money wired.'
Unfortunately there is no built-in system for the game.
Maybe I'll design a website that could serve to process the shopfront thingy.
Or even better, I'll have someone else make the website and claim all the glory because it was my idea.

Things like police strength are determined from the issues you get everyday. I believe one or two of them have to do with giving your police more funding.

The amount of RP money you have doesn't effect your nation...yet. Wait for NS2...

So if I say 'money wired' how is it taken from me and given to whoever I'm buying from?

And how do I give my Police more funding?

#1: There is no officially stored variable for money. All money transfers between nations are RP. Therefor, saying "Money Wired" is all you actually need to do to buy something in RP (since there is no official variable for how much you can buy).

#2: On issues that involve spending or police, choose the pro police spending option (may not explicitly state police, anything opressive will probably increse your law and order spending).
