In regards to the upcoming Univercal Copy Protection Liscence issue that's going to be put up in the UN (and from what I've observed will pass regardless) I'm curious to know how that affects the copy protection issue regarding downloaded music? Assuming the UN act passes, does the issue become 'invalid' for UN countries who havn't recieved it yet?
Assuming the UN act passes, what happens if a UN member gets it and they select 'remove copy protections' or somesuch, does that automatically kick the offending UN member out of the UN for violations? Or is the game not that all-inclusive?
