Is there a way to control the population growth of the nation you created?
I wanted to know if there is some way to keep a check on the population bug.

As for the pop bug, you'd notice if you got it (and you won't, it's so rare as to be non existent these days), because you get double the number of issues that you're supposed to get, as well as extra population.

That's wrong too. Your population grows steadily each day by 5-7 million.

If you don't know how to do the "little trick", that is cheating, to get extra pop don't ask. It is illegal and will be penalized, if Tyrone is any example. Let Salusa fix it, and then you won't have anything to worry about. I believe it has already been stated that if done by mistake, then it will be forgiven, and likely the country that doesn't won't even realize what happened. However, conscientiously researching how to do it, and then going ahead is frowned upon, and more.
Don't worry, you'll grow naturally. No reason to cheat.
