I've searched the forum but it didn't come up with anything, nor in the FAQ. So how do i create a region?
On the page for your region, you'll see 'Tired of life in the West Pacific? Then move to a new region!'
Click that.
Then you'll see a little link at the top which says '[Create a New Region]'
Click it! :D
