i have a new member who is trying to join our region which is password protected. They have been given the password but they are unable to get into the region as it reports they do not have the correct password. I tested it myself with another nation and it worked fine. Sounds like possibly a cookie problem... please help. I'm away until Friday so the nation in question is Redvia. Hell Bovines may be able to give you some assitence while i am away.

Make sure they are putting in the exact password, and not making a mistake. If they are cutting and pasting, try just typing it out. Sometimes with cut & paste, you can get a space at the end of the password.
Also make sure they are using caps when needed, and the spelling is correct.

It's not a cookie problem. They are very rare, and you will know them when you see them. Please remember that the password is case-sensitive.
