I'm trying to locate a larger conglomeration of nations called Cinescapia but I can't figure out how to do it...help?

Do a search on the region. When you get to the region you will in the top section of the screen a green hyperlink that says "Tired of life in (current region) Move your nation to this region."
And click it, the rest is done for you. It will take over night for you to appear on the UN report list.
