I'm UN Delegate of a Region and need to get rid of someone, how do I do it? :o

Unless the region owner gave you permission to do such you cannot.

You're not a delegate - you're not even in the UN - so I can't tell you as regards your specific region - but if the founder has given you the power to boot someone, there will be a little line on your region's page underneath the 'move to a new region' option called "Enter Regional Control" - and there you can eject people.
