I've noticed that hitting your browser's 'back' button now removes endorsements applied immediately previous.
Does this also apply to telegrams?

Hmmm, I endorse someone, click the "back" button, and while it appears that the endorsement is gone, refresh the frame and it's still there.
This is different, though. It used to be that you'd add your endorsement and then click "back" and you'd return to the page you were on before you went to that nation in the first place.

I'm not sure what your saying. I do not believe that it does. When you hit the back button, it will display the old page, which will make it look like they are not endorsed, but they should be. Reload the nation's page and check.
