The Incorporated States of Powerbuilders is a massive, economically powerful nation, notable for its complete absence of social welfare. Its hard-nosed, hard-working population of 1.747 billion are either ruled by a small, efficient government or a conglomerate of multinational corporations; it's difficult to tell which.

Heh... this sure has people confused from time to time. Frightening is the highest, best value a nation's economy can reach in written words, and within the limits of this one indicator. A frightening economy has been described being "frightening to visiting outlanders who marvel at the omnipresent money making machination" or "a place where money reigns over all" or something similiar... that should please you :D
