Someone want to explain to me how a Iron Fist Socialist state is more liberal than a Scandinavian Liberal Paradise? That's the situation in Big Daikonia right now.

The current UN Report is about "The Largest Welfare Programs", so I can't see what yesterdays situation was. The system just switched to the new ranking, so maybe there was a temporary flaw in the listing as it switched?
Also, keep in mind that the UN categorizations are based on more than liberal policies alone. Perhaps that Iron Fist Socialist state is very liberal in the things being measured by the UN, but is ranked as an Iron Fist Socialist state anyway for policies that are outside that 'Most Liberal' measurement.

I looked at it earlier but was too busy to post.
The Report measures Civil Rights (I think) and you and the nation above you both had Superb ratings, maybe his rating is slightly higher than yours in raw numbers.
And why my 'Capitalizt' country was the most "liberal" in the USSR region.
