I want to uplaod a new flag, and I made one that meets all the requirements, but when I try to upload it, it just goes back to the old one. I tried it with different pictures and it does the same.

Please Note: You are replacing one uploaded flag with another. Your browser may not realize the image has changed and show you the old version it has cached instead. If you still see the old flag after uploading, refresh the page to clear your browser's cache.
Underline mine.

There may be two things wrong with it
1: your browser may be f---ed up
2:You could try right-clicking and tell it to reload just the flag frame

I used to have the same problem but when i did the second choice it worked fine...on the other hand a comrade of myne hasnt seen any updated flags since he first started...his browser is f---ed up

hope that helps

I have refreshed...even logged out. Still doesn't show.Try booting your computer. Sometimes my comp gets really nasty, and booting is the only answer.

If that fails, You'll have to wait for Sal, Peng, or Myrth.

Regular refresh still might use things in the cache, try pushing ctrl-f5
(the "Force Re-download Refresh" button), and see if that works.

Cache = :evil:
