Issue dupe changing position?

I wasn't sure where to put this..

but I'd noticed I've been recieving some "re-run" issues that I'd already voted on.. which, I figure, is "ok" since there are only a finite number of issues (but also struck me as odd, since I'm rather new to the game)..

The problem I've noted (or is it a problem?) is that when I voted on the "re-run" the *SAME* way I'd voted initially (since my position hasn't changed) the system has taken it as a *change*.. so now I'm looking like an oppressor.

Specifically, it's issue #0, Democracy being compulsory. Both times I'd said the option where Frankly, we don't give a damn if you vote or not, we're not going to force you (voluntary voting)..

But for some reason, this time around, the system seems to have seen my response as "No Elections Allowed" and added that "voting has been outlawed" to my nation's paragraph.

This is a black eye on PaxSolaris.. and not what I'd legislated.

Is this a "known issue" ?

You probably accidentally clicked the 3rd option in that issue. Don't worry about it too much, after another few issues go through, that 'Voting has been outlawed' thing will disappear.
