I was trying to get a new flag, custom made. it's a jpg file and it's 5.76 KBs. However, it won't let me upload it, becasue it says it's more than 6 KBs. What's wrong?

For NationState's server to recognize and allow a flag, it mus tbe under 5.5k

What program did you use? Some have a special future that allows you to save it for the web, where it compresses the image to web standards. Helped me a whole lot.
