The new UN thing voted that the UN nations have to do something to increase the public's access to medicine...well how do I do this? I haven't gotten and issues that have to do with this...
You don't need to do anything, basically, it is already done.
You see depending on category they're in UN proposals once passed change your nation. For example if it were under political freedoms it would change your nations political freedoms rating.
