A quick question, apologies if this is either in the wrong place or has already been addressed elsewhere....

When sending a message to the admin@nationstates address, with regard to a complaint or comment, would it be possible to have some kind of automated reply, just confirming the mail had been received and giving a vague suggestion as to what to expect next?

I realise the Mods and admin are extremely busy and can imagine quite a few e-mails get sent there, it's just a bit frustrating when you don't know if your message has even been received, let alone is being investigated!!
