Why have several countries ceased to exist?

OK, I'm new here, so maybe this is a stupid question, but could someone answer it... I went to the United Nations page, and saw this:
Seconds ago: The Fiefdom of Suessism ceased to exist.
Seconds ago: The Empire of Paradise Valley Farms applied to join the UN.
Seconds ago: The Holy Empire of Vikinga was admitted to the UN.
4 minutes ago: The Free Land of Hillbario ceased to exist.
5 minutes ago: The United States of Kayme ceased to exist.
5 minutes ago: The Kingdom of UNSP applied to join the UN.
5 minutes ago: The Democratic States of Indusuburbia ceased to exist.
6 minutes ago: The Free Land of Gouldiana ceased to exist.
7 minutes ago: The Theocracy of AJStrauss ceased to exist.
7 minutes ago: The Fiefdom of Diechavy ceased to exist.
Could someone explain how several countries have ceased to exist? Does this mean they were merely kicked out of the UN, or were they deleted, and why? Is it possible that my country could cease to exist?
If you're inactive for a long time (28 days I believe) your country is deleted. But don't worry, you just need to log in every once in a while to prevent that from happening

If you don't log into your nation after 28 days, then the game says that you cease to exist. There's somethong called vacation mode where the game deletes your nation after 60 days

Like what they said, a nation can be deleted for inactivty, get deleted, or just plain resign from the UN. Happens all the time.

The reason you see so many nations cease to exist is because there is so many nations in the UN that every ten minutes there's going to be many nations gone and you already know why they got deleted.
You also get deleted for game rule violations.
If you invade another region and take over, or help take over the UN Delgate position, enter regional control and then kick out all the other natives and ban them, you will get deleted.
Other things include being really offensive with nation mottos, currencies, animals, etc. Though I have never seen anyone nor do I know how anyone can violate this. This I read from the FAQ.
And it was a lot at the same time......It was probably one person having multiply nations who where relentlessly tracked by the moderater. All gathered together and all those millions of people put against the wall and shot :P.
Though if the moderater did it is probably better compared to god using armagadon tactics to move parts of humanity from the globe. :D
