Yea, ello all. I used to be derieties, a thriving nation in good standing in a few organizations. Unexpectedly a few months ago, my computer broke, and unfortunately i had not enough money to fix it at the time. The small amounts of time i had on library computers and the like were used for vital things like email only. I just got back online, and was wondering if there was any chance of having derieties restored.

yeah, file a request via the getting help page http://www.nationstates.net/cgi-bin/index.cgi/page=help with the nations name (no password required). Since it was deleted due to inactivity you should have no problems getting it back.
