They're related to your post-count. The more posts, the more grand your title. Best I've seen is Postmaster-General.

Postmaster-general is 5,000 posts.
Powerbroker is 2,000 posts.

THere was an announcement, but nobody thought to save it to a text file. We assumed that the announcement would be around forever, but the forum admin are sadists. :P

It's a fun system, though it might stop the post-whoring a bit if they removed it. (Semi-guilty as charged on that one, I did want to get to 100 but at least tried to do it with meaningful posts!)

Thank you, I recalled that their had been titles for 20 and 50 in the old system, (Ambassador and minister respectively), but could not recall if there were one or two in the new system and what they were.
I've been "Powerbroker" almost my entire NS life, because when they changed the minimun for 250 to 2,000 I ws already nearing 2,500

I was changed to "Tech Modling" right before my 250th post . . . and that was back when that would have made me a powerbroker . . . :-( Oh well. I guess that this is a better title anyways.
