It's the new country of the Democratic Republic of Bearabia (Bearabia for short). Apparently an all too altruistic place on the brink of economic collapse. How can I get a loan from the IMF? :cry:

There is no IMF in this game.
If you want a "loan", request one in the NationStates forum. However, it won't affect your stats.
The only way to raise your economy is to make choices in your issues to that effect.
