Okay. In KGerland, there are three UN nations that have endorsed delegates. However, we have each chosen the other two for delegate. I've endorsed Honda and Jounouchi and Moonlight Temple, Moonlight Temple has endorsed Luce Somatia (my nation) and H&J, and H&J endorsed Moonlight Temple and Luce Somatia. Moonlight Temple is currently Regional Delegate. To the best of my knowledge, we all endorsed on the same day. How was the regional delegate decided? (I don't mind not being Delegate, I'm just curious.)

Who ever has the most endorsements is the delegate. If there is already a delegate, then you have to beat (Not match) the endorsements.

The person with the most regional seniority becomes Delegate.
