Capitalizt

It has come to my attention that my nation's UN category, "Capitalizt" is some psycho corporate-state out of the Jennifer Government book that values money above the law. I have never indicated in my decisions that I wanted anything like that so it's kind of bothering me. Is there anything that can be done?

on a related note, my previous UN category was "Anarchy" and my country was most definately not an anarchy.

*Ahem*
Your UN category is determined by you levels of Economic freedom, Political Freedom, and Civil Rights. It has nothing do with your values (for instance: you can have an omnipresent government and be an anarchy), keep choosing issues your country would agree with (watch out for the fine print on some issues) and you should end up where you want to be.

If you are aiming for a specific category: the NS Political Map (*Spoiler*) (http://alces.sel.uaf.edu/gregg/ns/nsmap.html) might be helpful

Well, actions have reactions, and reactions have further reactions. The AI behind this site is amazing. After going a little overboard protecting the forests, "furniture restoration" disappeared. After going easy on food, cheese exporters decided to sell some locally. Basically, everything is related. You have to make sure the consequence of a consequence doesn't have an unintended effect. IMHO, if you cheat you just spoil the game. :P

Oddly, by the rating system on my personal beliefs I would be liberal democratic socialists or perhaps, left-wing utopia.

The problem was that I tried to manipulate my rankings with issues to keep it that way, and ended up at a left-leaning college state, due to several mis-guesses, especially early on.

Well I've been able to maintain an Anarchy easily enough. Although, for some reason, Stella Amore is an Anarchy with an imploded economy, which really shouldn't be possible according to that politcal map.

I've seen a Left-wing Utopia with a Frightening economy.
