A modest proposal (UN mechanics)

30-12-2003, 12:07
Is it possible to add unique reference numbers to each UN proposal as it is submitted? On a quiet day thre are someting like 50 proposals up for approval, and when a delegate gets asked to approve one, it is a non-trivial task to find it. Having unique numbers, and being able to search proposals by the numbers, would make it a lot easier.

if the nations that were asking you to support it told you when it was proposed, itd be easier to find

There is a search feature for proposals.

Anyone who asks Delegates for support for proposals should provide the exact name of the proposal title.

I'm sure proposals already have some sort of unique idetifier on the system. Could this not be made visable at least?

The search system in proposals is very basic and not really adiquate for the needs of active deligates.

Could this at least be put on the bottum of a to do list somewhere? I think alot of people would apreciate it.
