My nation seems to be getting a lot of the same issues. I've gotten a issues about gold deposits and my next issues is the exact same thing.

Also. I notice that occasionally the paragraphs that describe my nation resets and goes to the default descriptions. Why is this happening?

Any responses or explanations would be most appreciated.

There are only so many issues in the game (80-something as of the last time I changed this), and growing at a snails pace. Of those, your nation will qualify for only a small portion of them. That's why you get the same issues over and over again. If you are getting annoyed, you could always slow down the issue rate for your nation.
