World Factbook Entry Updating
Lately I've been seeing a lot of posts that imply that UN delegates cxan update world factbook entries, or kick out people, but I've never been able to do this, as a UN delegate. Should I be able to, or am I just wrongly assuming, and if I can, how do I do it?

If your region's Founder allows you to, you can access the Regional Control, which will be linked just above the UN rankings table. From here you can do all these things.
If you can't see the link, the Founder has denied you access.

The region founder can disable the delegate’s ability to set the Fact book and/or kick people.

I don't think that you founder will grant you access if they are smart though. It is a deterrant against crashers, and makes griefers powerless.
