Game update

29-12-2003, 19:02
What time is the daily update?
the reason being i can only access the game once or twice a day, so i'm never sure when it happens.

not too important, just curious.

The main one (that changes delegates and UN reports) is around 5-6 AM and the minor one (that merely deletes empty regions and inavtive nations) is around 6-7 AM.

Forums are set to GMT-4 time, which is Atlantic time. I think that's just Eastern Canada.

No, that's why it's off. Off by 1 hour, 2 minutes.

(EDIT- Off by 3 less minutes then I thought.)

Perhaps [violet] did, and forgot to put the time back again.

I have an atomic clock, so ha! :P You're probably right, I didn't look at the time too well and made a guess.

Sorry, what time did we work out the updates are?

Daily updates happen automatically (at 1AM Los Angeles time, and at 1PM if
you request two updates per day).

LA time is Pacific time if I remember correctly, meaning that the game starts updating in the morning at 9am GMT, and again in the evening at 9pm GMT.
