Is it possible to get my puppets resurrected? I have all their names and stuff, but I'm just wondering if I'm allowed to get 20+ puppets resurrected??

Should be. If they were deleted due to inactivity, file a request listing the names (no password required) vie the Getting Help Page (http://www.nationstates.net/cgi-bin/index.cgi/page=help), under "Other".

I should elaborate that nations deleted for rulebreaking will not be resurrected.
