Hmmm... it looks like you have the forum .cgi bookmarked, not the actual forum URL.

Try going to http://www.nationstates.net/forum/index.php

Yeah, sometimes when the server is lagging the seperate frames stall.
If you right-click in the frame and click 'Refresh' it should refresh just that frame.

It works in IE - not the other browser I use... I don't know specifically about any others, though...

Most likely the server is too busy and the request is timing out. It often happens to me. Try just refreshing the empty frame.

Well, I'm out of ideas, other than installing a different (and much better) browser. (http://www.mozilla.org/products/firebird/)

Funny.

I installed it only because I wanted as many browsersas possible, and then XP cleared out my settings in Netscape and Mozilla, and I began using FIrebird instead. I like Netscape better on somethings, and Firebird on others.

The only problem I have with Firebird is that you can't copy images to the clipboard (at least I have found a way to do this) which is a bit annoying.

For playing NS, nothing beats the Phoebian portal. Its based on IE, which is a shame, but even so, it rocks.

Incidently, I need the latest version of that. Has anyone got the link?
