I tried searching, but it didnt find anything.

Long story short, I made A flag (http://home.comcast.net/~chrismb/spark_flag.jpg) for my nation (http://www.nationstates.net/cgi-bin/index.cgi/page=display_nation/nation=sparkantine). When uploading, I get This red X (http://www.nationstates.net/images/flags/uploads/sparkantine.jpg) on the site. I've tried downloading this file and it has a size of 0 bytes. I've tried this multiple times.

has anyone else had this problem, and if so, how do I fix it?

I see it fine.
When you view your nation page, try holding down ctrl + F5, perhaps it's some sort of caching issue.

You're partly right.

My previous attempts at uploading was a silly error - I was punching in a URL to 'upload'. Still didnt work, but then I refreshed, and voila.
