If I dismiss an issue, what will happen? Right now arms manufacturing is the biggest industry in my nation, and there is a strike in it - I want it to stay #1 and my economy to stay the same, so .. yea..
Dismissing an issue means it won't affect your nation. You could dismiss every issue you get for a year and nothing would happen.
if youwant all you stats to be the same you could go to the setting page and make it so that you don't get issues
but there are some issues in which no choice is desirable for your nation (The "Election Term Limits" one springs to mind :P). That's what dismiss is for.
