Idea: Second in command

There are some regions that are anti-un or aren't very involved in the UN or have an inactive delegate or founder. My idea is this: create a 'second in command' role in regions. This person would be appointed by the founder. It would act as a safeguard in case the founder dies and there's no delegate, or if both go inactive, or the founder of the New Meritocracy decides to take a month long vacation. Or a person has founded several regions and cannot devote time to every one and one gets neglected...you get my point? Would this be easy to do? Is it a good idea?

you mean like having an heir to the founderacy? this could be good, but I suspect people would find a way to manipulate it and there may be probelms

Think of it as delegate being second to the founder.

But what if you have no delegate?

Sounds like a good idea.

Then (A) the mods appoint someone or (B) everyone moves to a new region.

I dont mean to be blunt, but it seems like a lot of work for no good reason.
If you really need a founder, re found the region and allow a select few access to the account. That way it will not become inactive.
As for not having a delegate, if you cant muster the support to hold the delegacy Id imagine youve no right to become founder . . . . . just an opinion, it cant hurt you.

This has been subject to debate before, and I think Sal is considering it.
