This is so simple, I almost felt I shouldn't bother posting it, as it's probably been suggested before. Either above or below the "Issues" link on the sidebar, add a link for Nation Memos, possibly called "Memos". It'd take about 5 minutes tops, and would remove the step of going to your home-nations page. Of course, there's the whole deal about sending mail to other nations. I suggest until it comes time for an interface change, simply leave that part of the tweaking alone, so if someone wants to send a memo, for the meantime, they'd still have to go to that nation to send it. Regardless, it does save a step.
