Why am I a sprawling, bureaucracy-choked morass?
I thought this one appeared when you dismissed issues, which I never did. So it seems that my theory is wrong. What makes me a sprawling, bureaucracy-choked morass?
Doing lots of things that make your government WAAAY big (sprawling/morass). Examples are: Welfare, police spending, environmental protections (basically anythign that makes you do stuff).

Anything that involves the government meddling in people's lives increases government size.
What irks me is that Khadgar is run by a small group of multi-national corporations but is considered omnipresent.

I've gone beyond that to the point where then entire nation is the government. :P
Edit: Of course, on reflection, I've been like that since I first read my nation's description, on the second day.
