Help!!
I received a telegram from someone called the complinace ministry and this is the message:

"From Message
Compliance Ministry
Received: 11 hours ago Laws have been enacted to bring the Kingdom of Lumuria into compliance with the United Nations "Freedom From SPAM Act" resolution. "

What does this mean. I can not reply to it as I can other telegrams and add to that, I am a newbie (about a week old) so this is confusing. I have looked through the forums but cant seem to find any info on this whatsoever.

The compliance ministry is not a nation it is the admin, it is automatically sent out to all U.N members informing them that a U.N resolution was passed.

Thank you. At first I thought I was getting carried away by sending telegrams to other nations, trying to establish relationships with various gameplayers, esp the ones in my region that I was born into. I feel much better now. Thanks again. :D
