On Saturday, I noticed that I had no issue and when I checked my settings I saw that I had "weekday" and not "daily" checked. I changed that setting and while I was there created a new flag.

Now, I am not getting any issues. Most folks would take the day off and go fishing, but being the pol that I am... I can't sit still and not have an issue to resolve (ha).

Any ideas? Maybe I've got the dreaded "pop" or something.

Have you checked that you turned it to daily, and not never?

Looks like the flip side of the pop bug. You probably have not had a population increase since then either. Move out of your region, and then move back. Then post here, and I'll check to see if it's been fixed.
